作者获得１株特异的抗血吸虫成虫２０－２４ｋＤａ蛋白多肽表位的杂交瘤细胞株（ＳｊＡ１１１）。分泌ＭｃＡｂ为ＩｇＧ１，腹水效价１．２×１０６。将ＳｊＡ１１１ＭｃＡｂ－ＨＲＰ结合物用Ｄｏｔ－ＥＬＩＳＡ检测４９９例慢性血吸虫病患者的循环抗原（ＣＡｇ），阳性者３９０例（７８．１６％）；２５例肺吸虫病人，３６例华支睾吸虫病人及１３２例正常人血清中，仅１例肺吸虫病人出现交叉反应。ＣＡｇ的检出率和阳性血清滴度倒数的几何均值（ＧＭＲＴ）随着每ｇ粪便虫卵数（ＥＰＧ）的增加而递增。吡喹酮治疗后各期病人粪孵阴性者ＣＡｇ的转阴率：半年为７５．５０％（１１４／５１），１年为７３．６８％（８４／１１４），１年半为８８．０４％（１０３／１１７）。
The authors obtained a hybridoma cell line (SjA111) with a specific 20-24 kDa protein polypeptide epitope against adult worms. McAb secretion IgG1, ascites titer 1.2 × 106. The circulating antigens (CAg) of 499 patients with chronic schistosomiasis were detected by Dot-ELISA using SjA111McAb-HRP conjugate, 390 cases (78.16%) were positive; 25 cases of paragonimiasis, 36 cases of Clonorchis sinensis and 132 Cases of normal human serum, only 1 cases of paragonimiasis patients cross-reaction. The geometric mean (GMRT) of the CAg detection rate and the inverse of the positive serum titer increased with an increase in the number of eggs per gram of stool (EPG). The negative conversion rate of CAg was 75.50% (114/51) in half-year, 73.68% (84/114) in one-year and 88.04 in one-year and one-year after praziquantel treatment % (103/117).
