The French SNECMA company had commissioned Shenyang Liming Engine Manufacturing Co. to trial-produce a precision cast no-gear four-stage turbine blade that would be produced with advanced precision positioning technology. After the successful trial production of the products, the French merchants placed orders in bulk with Dawning Company and signed the order contract until 2000.
