目的:利用氢质子磁共振频谱和扩散加权成像,分析健康青年、中年两个年龄组两侧海马的脑代谢物浓度及表观扩散系数(ADC值)的变化,旨在为各种与海马相关疾病的早期诊断和病情评估提供依据。方法:对40名健康青年、中年两组志愿者双侧海马行磁共振波谱(MRS)及扩散加权成像(DWI)检查,计算双侧海马N-乙酰天门冬氨酸/(肌酸+胆碱)NAA/(Cr+Cho)、NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho和Cho/Cr值及表观弥散系数(ADC)值。结果:健康成年人左、右两侧海马的脑代谢物浓度NAA/(Cr+Cho)、NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho和Cho/Cr比值及表观弥散系数(ADC)值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。健康青年组、与健康中年组海马的脑代谢物浓度NAA/(Cr+Cho)、NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho和Cho/Cr比值及表观弥散系数(ADC)值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:以氢质子磁共振频谱和扩散加权成像测定的NAA/(Cr+Cho)、NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho和Cho/Cr值及ADC值为标准,为各种与海马相关疾病的早期诊断和病情评估提供依据。“,”Objective:To analyze healthy young,middle-aged brain metabolite concentrations on both sides of the hippocampus in both age groups and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC value)changes,aim at all species and providing the basis for early diagnosis and assessment of disease hippocampus-related diseases.Method:Checked two bilateral hippocampal magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)and diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)of 20 healthy young volunteers and 20 healthy middle-aged volunteers,calculated bilateral hippocampal N-acetyl aspartate/(creatine+gall alkali)NAA/(Cr+Cho),NAA/Cr,NAA/Cho and Cho/Cr values and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)values.Result:Healthy adults left and right sides of NAA/(Cr+Cho),NAA/Cr,NAA/Cho,Cho/Cr and ADC value had no significant difference(P>0.05). There had no significant difference of between healthy middle-aged group and the healthy young group in NAA/(Cr+Cho), NAA/Cr,NAA/Cho,Cho/Cr and ADC value(P>0.05).Conclusion:The proton magnetic resonance spectrum and diffusion-weighted imaging measure NAA/(Cr+Cho),NAA/Cr,NAA/Cho and Cho/Cr values and ADC value criteria for the early diagnosis of various diseases associated with the hippocampus and provide the basis for assessing the condition.
