铁路斜井出碴新方法——大型侧卸式矿车井口斜坡不摘钩卸碴

铁路斜井的使用期短,在选择提升容器和出碴方式时要考虑到工程数量少、设备简单、投产快、使用方便、安全等因素。以往铁路斜井施工多沿用冶金、煤炭系统的经验。近年来由于大型施工机械在铁路长大隧道的采用,在选择提升容器和出碴方式时,除应考虑铁路斜井的上述特点外,提升容器、出碴能力的配备还应满足大型机械设备施工的需要。为此我们提出采用大型侧卸式矿车井口斜坡不摘钩卸碴方案(以下简称本方案)。井口不摘钩卸碴,比串车、大型矿车提升在井口平车场摘挂钩安全,减少了井口溜车的危险,可省去大型矿车由井口至固定翻车设备间的牵引设备。井下运输和斜井提升用同一容器,可省去胶带运输机、箕斗提升在井下需配其它车辆的转载工序,可省翻碴、破碎、碴仓、卸碴绕道、卸碴洞室和由隧道底进入井底碴仓的斜井长度。和内燃车辆直接出碴相比,要求的通风量小,可避免因内燃车辆爬坡能力受限而增加的斜井长度,总的造价少。本方案能满足大型装载设备装碴的需要和施工进度快,要求提升能力大的需要。本文介绍了井口斜坡纵断面设计、大型侧卸式矿车的选型、翻车设备、转碴设备和栈桥设计等要点。本方案在大秦铁路军都山隧道2(?)斜井首次应用后,很快便突破了斜井工区双线隧道单工作面百米成洞大关。本方案的特点在实践中得到了证实,使用效果良好,可供铁路斜井机械化施工和类似条件的公路、输水隧洞参考使用。 The service life of railway inclined shafts is short.
