东北轻合金加工厂有挤压机13台,最大的10 000吨,最小的600吨。这些挤压机大部分已运行30余年,其涨力柱疲劳状况在一天天发展,如何做到正确诊断涨力柱的技术状况,防止事故发生,做到预知性更换,是我们当前迫切需要解决的问题。 1986年2月,我们同黑龙江省无损检测技术咨询中心共同组成课题联合攻关组,进行可行性研究和方案论证。采用脉冲反射法,用USIP探伤仪,频率为2MHz,噪声电平控制在10mm以下,取最高灵敏度,穿透能力为15m,在5m内有准确的定量探伤深度补偿。用机油、甘油为耦合剂,对装配状态下万吨挤压机的4根φ785×φ150×12 960mm涨力柱,采取分三段和总体探伤进行探测。第一段对上部
