目的 :研究原发性上皮性卵巢癌对化疗药物体外敏感状况 ,评价其对卵巢癌化疗药物选择的临床价值。方法 :采用MTT法对 30例原发性上皮性卵巢癌新鲜肿瘤组织体外原代细胞进行 1 4种常用化疗药物的敏感性测定。结果 :肿瘤组织对抗癌药物的敏感性存在较大的个体差异 ,其药敏程度依次是DDP ,IFO ,CARP ,CTX ,ADM ,MTX ,5 -Fu ,MMC ,HCPT ,BLEU ,EPI,VP - 1 6 ,ARA -C和DRN。结论 :抗癌药敏试验在评价原发性上皮性卵巢癌对化疗药物敏感性预测中具有一定的临床价值 ,对个体化治疗具有指导意义。
Objective: To study the sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs to primary epithelial ovarian cancer in vitro and to evaluate its clinical value in the choice of chemotherapy drugs for ovarian cancer. Methods: MTT assay was used to determine the sensitivity of 14 commonly used chemotherapeutic drugs in primary cultured primary tumor cells of 30 patients with primary epithelial ovarian cancer. Results: The sensitivity of tumor tissue to anticancer drugs was quite different. The sensitivity of tumor tissue was DDP, IFO, CARP, CTX, ADM, MTX, 5Fu, MMC, HCPT, BLEU, EPI and VP - 1 6, ARA-C and DRN. Conclusion: The anti-cancer susceptibility test has certain clinical value in predicting the chemosensitivity of primary epithelial ovarian cancer, which is instructive for individualized treatment.
