我科收治急性硫化氢气体中毒4例,现报道如下。4例患者均为男性,年龄19～25岁,系在维修化工气缸时不慎中毒,20分钟后来院急诊。例1表现神志恍惚,口唇轻度紫绀,呼吸道有痰鸣音,双眼流泪,眼肌痉挛。两肺闻及湿罗音。ECG:ST—T 改变,窦性心动过速(120次/分)。诊断为中度中毒。例2来院时已昏迷、抽搐、压眶无反应,口鼻周围溢满粉红色泡沫痰,口唇重度紫绀,双肺布满湿罗音,心率160次/分。诊断为重度中毒。前者立即给予吸氧,活化细胞酶、能量合剂、胞二磷
Our department treated 4 cases of acute hydrogen sulfide poisoning, are reported below. All 4 patients were male, aged 19 to 25 years old. They were inadvertently poisoned while maintaining the chemical cylinder and were hospitalized in 20 minutes.
