功能1．建立运行图资料数据库管理、维护与修改列车运行图资料、数据；2．以列车均衡到发为原则，考虑技术站作业的节奏性，以及车流接续、机车交路等条件，生成列车始发点方案；3．对摘挂列车走行方案进行目的控制，保证乘务组的正常工作时间；4．合理处理与协调干线列车和支线列车运行线之间的关系；
