一、掺灰与不掺灰的对比我厂是一个小型火力发电厂,有两台35T/H 机播抛煤链条炉。燃用主要煤种:天河煤。挥发份 V 18~20%;低位发热量 Q~(r_p)占3500~4000大卡/公斤;灰份 A~Y 在35~48%。每天耗煤量约300吨,由水膜除尘排出飞灰约35t(干灰)。飞灰可燃物25~45%,实测发热量1500~2200大卡/公斤。为改善环境及飞灰再利用,我们把沉灰池的飞灰取出后掺在煤中送入炉内进行再燃,经过多次试验取得如下结果。

After several tests, the following results were obtained.
