一、主要原因及对策 1、活塞环生产中闭合间隙废品的原因有如下几个方面。 机械加工工艺是否正确,合理以及操作者是否严格执行工艺对活塞环闭口间隙废品的产生有很大的影响。主要表现在粗车外圆和修口工艺的布局,单体椭圆铸造仿形加工的活塞环、粗车外圆是以后各工序加工的基准,当环坯粗车外圆后其长短径大小不一,以致修口铣刀切削开口两端时不均匀,有的单边切削,造成活塞环闭口间隙超差。修口工艺布局:我们传统的工艺线路主要是(以磷化环为例)粗车外圆—切口—粗镗内圆—粗修口—精镗内圆—精修口—精车外圆。但最后的精车外圆由于机床的振动和装夹精度以及刀具的磨损等原因使得外圆尺寸产生偏差。而闭合间隙的变化量恰恰是外径变化量的几倍,造成闭合间隙超差,针对上述情况我们做了两件事,第一、要求操作者严格执行工艺,定期进行检查。第二、调整工艺尺寸,增加精车外圆的最后一道二次精修口,以确保闭口间隙。 2、工夹具的精度
