湖南澧水上的江垭水利枢纽工程由碾压混凝土重力坝、地下电站厂房、双向斜面升船机和灌溉取水建筑物组成。工程装机容量30万kW,总投资26.0164亿元(1995年价格水平),由澧水流域水利水电综合开发公司负责建设和管理,实行业主责任制、建设监理制、招标承包制。在招标承包方式下,按合同包价方法,又分为总价承包和单价承包。在总价承包合同中,设备、材料费占的比重很大,结算时要注意询价;在单价承包合同中,要掌握住工程数量和各种定额及取费标准,使工程造价在科学、合理、公正、公平的基础上得以控制。
The Jiangya Water Control Project on Lushui in Hunan consists of a RCC gravity dam, an underground powerhouse, a two-way bevel shiplift, and irrigation and water abstraction buildings.
