为评价某型摆线转子式机油泵结构的动态特性,建立了该型机油泵的有限元模型并进行模态分析,得到自由模态和约束模态的前六阶固有频率和振型。发现振动变形较大位置出现在转子工作区域和泵体出油口位置。将固有频率与转子啮合频率、发动机激振频率、转轴偏心振动频率进行对比,发现不会产生共振。通过模态试验,得到摆线转子泵的试验频率与仿真结果具有较好的一致性,验证了仿真结果的可靠性。为摆线转子式机油泵系统的振动特性分析,减振降噪和结构优化设计提供了依据。
In order to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of a cycloidal rotary oil pump, the finite element model of the oil pump was established and modeled. The first six natural frequencies and mode shapes of free-form and constrained modes were obtained. It was found that a large vibration and deformation occurred in the rotor working area and the pump outlet. The natural frequency and the rotor meshing frequency, the engine excitation frequency, shaft eccentric vibration frequency comparison found no resonance. Through the modal test, the test frequency of the cycloidal rotor pump is in good agreement with the simulation results, and the reliability of the simulation results is verified. It provides the basis for vibration characteristics analysis, vibration and noise reduction and structural optimization design of cycloidal oil pump system.
