牵引电动机支路内加装分路电流表,是东风型内燃机车两机(柴油机、牵引电机)改造的内容之一。我段在经过这一改造后,经常发生分流表烧毁的现象,严重者竟引起司机室失火。经详细查找及分析原因,找到了问题的所在,并采取了相应的措施。主要原因是在加装分流表时无具体要求,因此,有的单位将分流表加装于牵引电动机正端一侧,这样一来,首先超出了仪表本身的技术要求。因为虽然表面上标注的一个空心☆,表明仪表的绝缘强度试验电压为500伏,然而,实际中牵引电动机的最高工作电压已大大
