在不同干旱时期对盆栽“新红星”苹果叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、淀粉酶活性及游离脯氨酸、叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和还原糖含量进行测定。结果表明:干旱胁迫初期,SOD和POD活性及叶绿素含量升高,以后又逐渐下降,SOD比POD对干旱的反应灵敏;游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量随干旱时间的延长呈上升趋势,而可溶性蛋白质含量呈下降趋势;淀粉酶活性和还原糖含量在干旱初期增加较多,以后有所下降,但仍高于对照。
The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), amylase and free proline, chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein and reducing sugar in pot leaves of “New Red Star” apple Determination.
