光照射到某一物质上,该物质的电特性发生变化的现象称为光电效应。光电效应一般分为外光电效应(光电子发射效应)、光导效应(内光电效应)和光生伏特效应。 外光电效应是指光照射金属表面时,金属表面及其较深处的电子由于吸收光能而逸出表面的现象。外光电效应又分为“面效应”和“体效应”两种。面效应是指光电子在金属表面形成;体效应是指光电子在距金属表面较深处形成。
Light exposure to a substance, the material changes in the electrical properties of the phenomenon known as the photoelectric effect. The photoelectric effect is generally divided into external photoelectric effect (photoelectron emission effect), photoconductive effect (photoelectric effect) and photovoltaic effect. External photoelectric effect refers to the light when the metal surface, the metal surface and the deeper electrons due to the absorption of light energy to escape the surface phenomenon. External photoelectric effect is divided into “surface effect” and “body effect” two. Surface effect refers to the formation of photoelectrons on the metal surface; the body effect refers to the formation of photoelectrons at deeper depths from the metal surface.
