苏府办[2015]18号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:《苏州市2015年价格调控目标责任制实施意见》已经市政府批准,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻落实。2015年2月7日苏州市2015年价格调控目标责任制实施意见为进一步完善价格调控工作机制,保持全市价格总水平基本稳定,现就实施2015年价格调控目标责任制提出如下意见:一、价格调控目标2015年全市居民消费价格总水平调控预期目标为:居民消费价格总水平年度涨幅控制在3%左右。

Price Control objectives In 2015 the city’s total consumer price adjustment is expected to target: annual consumer price increase of the general level of control at about 3%.
