近年有些在学校工作的同志往往埋怨社会风气不正,影响了学校教育的效果。从学校不能离开社会环境而独立来说,这也是事实。但是学校究竟是教育环境,它可以净化社会环境中的不良影响。学校教育工作做好了,还能增强学生对不良社会影响的免疫力。所以从这一点来说,学校又可以相对地独立于社会。如果我们办学的同志,都立志做一位教育家,而不是做教育官,每一位教师也以教育家的标准来严格要求自己,不做教书匠;那么,大家齐心协力来树立良好的校风,不但可以抵制社会不良影响的侵蚀,而且有助于转变社会上的不正之风。怎样才能树立良好的校风呢?我想提出以下的建议和意见:

School education is well done, but also enhance students immunity to adverse social impact. So from this point of view, the school can be relatively independent of the society. If all our comrades in running schools are determined to be an educator rather than an educational officer, every teacher will strictly demand himself as an educator and will not be a teacher. So, everyone will make concerted efforts to establish a sound ethos, Not only can it counteract the erosion of adverse social influences, but it can also help to change the unhealthy tendencies in the community. How to establish a good school ethos? I would like to make the following suggestions and comments:
