采用提拉法生长出掺铒氟化钆锂(Er3+:LiGdF4,Er:LGF)激光晶体。晶体生长工艺参数为:提拉速率为0.16mm/h,晶体转速为3r/min,冷却速率为10℃/h。X射线粉末衍射分析表明:晶体属于四方晶系,白钨矿结构,空间群为I41/a,计算的晶胞参数:a=0.5196nm,c=1.10286nm。晶体的吸收光谱和荧光光谱表明:晶体在659,980nm和1540nm附近的吸收峰较强,其中在1540nm处的吸收截面为1.09×10-20cm2。在激光二极管的532nm波长泵浦下,发射峰分别位于995nm和1530nm附近,其中1530nm处的半高宽为52nm。
An Er-doped lithium gadolinium fluoride (Er3 +: LiGdF4, Er: LGF) laser crystal was grown by Czochralski method. The parameters of crystal growth are as follows: the pulling rate is 0.16mm / h, the crystal rotation speed is 3r / min and the cooling rate is 10 ℃ / h. X-ray powder diffraction analysis showed that the crystal belongs to the tetragonal and scheelite structure with the space group I41 / a. The calculated unit cell parameters are: a = 0.5196 nm and c = 1.10286 nm. The absorption and fluorescence spectra of the crystals show that the crystal has strong absorption peaks at 659, 980 nm and 1540 nm, and the absorption cross-section at 1540 nm is 1.09 × 10-20 cm 2. Under the 532nm wavelength pump of the laser diode, the emission peaks are located near 995nm and 1530nm, respectively, of which the full width at half maximum of 1530nm is 52nm.
