After more than 10 years of reform and opening up, China has made great achievements in various fields and gained many valuable experiences. At present, a series of guidelines, policies and measures for opening to the outside world have been formulated, which have played a decisive role in promoting the development of China’s foreign economic and trade undertakings. Practice has proved that “reform and opening up” are the correct way for China to develop its socialist market economy and the foundation for enriching the people and strengthening the country. Guided by the principle of reform and opening up, many aspiring, courageous and far-sighted entrepreneurs emerged in the SMEs and private enterprises in the country. On the one hand, they conducted various fruitful reforms based on their own businesses and on the one hand they went global and developed Export-oriented economy, for the enterprise to open up new markets; there are more entrepreneurs who are actively preparing for the world market. Foreign trade, absorption
