测量了YbVO4晶体的透过谱和自发拉曼谱。以脉冲宽度为40ps的Nd:YAG锁模激光器作为抽运源,研究了YbVO4晶体在外置谐振腔条件下的二级斯托克斯拉曼输出特性。所用晶体为提拉法生长,样品尺寸为4mm×4mm×15mm,拉曼激光的输出波长为1315nm,最大输出能量为0.32mJ,最高转换效率为3.5%,优于同等实验条件下GdVO4晶体的实验结果,表明YbVO4晶体在近红外激光的受激拉曼散射(SBS)方面具有良好应用前景。
The transmission spectrum and the spontaneous Raman spectrum of YbVO4 crystal were measured. The Nd: YAG mode-locked laser with a pulse width of 40 ps was used as the pump source, and the secondary Stokes Raman output characteristics of YbVO4 crystal under external resonator were studied. The crystal size is 4mm × 4mm × 15mm, the output wavelength of Raman laser is 1315nm, the maximum output energy is 0.32mJ and the maximum conversion efficiency is 3.5%, which is better than that of GdVO4 crystal under the same experimental conditions The results show that YbVO4 crystal has a good application prospect in stimulated Raman scattering (SBS) of near infrared laser.
