我厂生产 CW6140普通车床。锻造重达80多公斤的主轴毛坯,原来需要14个人轮番抬着在锻锤上锻打,工人的劳动强度非常大,而且工效很低。随着革命、生产形势的飞跃发展,这种笨重的生产方式,远远适应不了形势发展的需要。在厂党委和车间党支部的正确领导下,我厂锻工组高举《鞍纲宪法》伟大红旗,决心大搞技术革新和技术革命。在学习外地兄弟单位先进经验的基础上,根据我厂的具体条件,因陋就简,利用废旧料,自行设计、试制成功了一台道轨式锻打操作机。经过几个月的生产实践证明,该机性能好,大大地减轻了工人的繁重体力劳动,提高工效达两倍以上。

After several months of production practice has proved that the aircraft performance is good, greatly reducing the workers heavy manual labor, improve work efficiency of more than twice.
