前已报道了通过全氟酰基过氧化物和硝基烷烃钠盐的单电子转移(SET)反应制备醛和酮的新反应。为了扩大该反应的适用范围,以最常见的过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)代替全氟酰基过氧化物进行反应。实验证明,BPO同样能将硝基烷烃钠盐顺利地转化为相应的醛和酮,但需要较高的反应温度(~50℃)和较长的反应时间(~4h)。
A new reaction for the preparation of aldehydes and ketones by single electron transfer (SET) reactions of perfluoroacyl peroxides and nitroalkane sodium salts has been reported previously. In order to expand the scope of application of this reaction, the reaction was carried out by replacing perfluoroacyl peroxide with benzoyl peroxide (BPO), the most common one. Experiments show that BPO can also successfully convert nitroalkane sodium salt to the corresponding aldehydes and ketones, but requires a higher reaction temperature (~ 50 ℃) and longer reaction time (~ 4h).
