本文提出一个天然水中痕量砷(Ⅲ)和无机砷总量的光度测定法。我们用硼氢化钾片作还原剂,在柠檬酸铵缓冲溶液中测定砷(Ⅲ),在酒石酸介质中测定无机砷总量。该方法具有灵敏度高和分析速度快等特点,并已成功地应用于天然水中砷的价态分析。对于含砷(Ⅲ,Ⅴ)量在ppb级的合成水样8次测定结果的变异系数小于3.5%,砷(Ⅲ)的检出限为0.16ppb,无机砷总量的检出限为0.36ppb。
This paper presents a photometric method for the determination of the total amount of trace arsenic (III) and inorganic arsenic in natural water. We use potassium borohydride as a reducing agent in ammonium citrate buffer solution for the determination of arsenic (III) and determine the total amount of inorganic arsenic in the tartaric acid medium. The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity and fast analysis, and has been successfully applied to the valence analysis of arsenic in natural water. The results showed that the coefficient of variation (CV) of arsenic (Ⅲ, V) was less than 3.5%, the detection limit of arsenic (Ⅲ) was 0.16ppb, the detection limit of total inorganic arsenic was 0.36ppb .
