以携带地下害虫的百合种球为试材,采用四因素三水平完全随机正交实验方法,研究了百合种球温水消毒处理温度、时间、杀虫剂种类、杀虫剂浓度4个因素对刺足根螨、迟眼熏蚊幼虫、跳虫、线虫的灭杀效果。结果表明:水温38℃,清水处理1h可有效杀死迟眼熏蚊幼虫;水温38℃,清水处理2h可以100%杀死跳虫;水温38℃,200倍甲醛溶液处理1h能够100%灭杀跳虫;水温38℃,印楝素750倍液或金满枝500倍液处理2h,甲醛200倍液处理3h可以100%灭杀刺足根螨;水温≥40℃,清水消毒1h,刺足根螨死亡率达100.00%;温度、时间、药剂、浓度4个因素对线虫灭杀率均有显著影响,因素间存在明显的交互作用,各因素作用效应顺序如下:温度>时间>药剂种类>温度×时间>温度×浓度>温度×药剂种类>浓度。甲醛200倍液42℃处理2h或40℃处理3h,印楝素750倍液42℃处理3h,金满枝500倍液42℃处理3h,印楝素500倍液42℃处理1h或40℃处理2h线虫平均死亡率达99.00%以上,与其它处理差异极显著(P<0.01)。
