目的观察肥大细胞特异性分泌的类胰蛋白酶在糖尿病性心肌病(DCM)患者中的表达及其与空腹血糖的关系。方法选取2012年8月至2013年3月在第二军医大学长征医院心内科就诊的DCM患者26例(DCM组)、缺血性心肌病(ICM)患者32例(ICM组)、健康志愿者20例(健康对照组)。收集各组受试者的一般临床资料并检测其空腹血糖等生化指标。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组受试者的血浆类胰蛋白酶水平,分析类胰蛋白酶水平与空腹血糖的相关性。结果 3组受试者的一般临床资料和空腹血糖差异均无统计学意义。DCM组和ICM组患者的血浆类胰蛋白酶水平高于对照组[(7.19±0.62)μg/L、(6.81±0.94)μg/L vs(2.37±0.56)μg/L,P<0.01];DCM组患者的血浆类胰蛋白酶水平高于ICM组,但差异无统计学意义。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血浆类胰蛋白酶水平与空腹血糖呈正相关(r=0.637,P<0.01)。结论 DCM患者体内的血浆类胰蛋白酶水平升高,且与空腹血糖呈正相关。
Objective To observe the expression of mast cell-specific tryptase in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) and its relationship with fasting plasma glucose. Methods From August 2012 to March 2013, 26 patients with DCM (DCM group), 32 patients with ICM (ICM group) and healthy volunteers were enrolled in Department of Cardiology, Changzheng Hospital, Second Military Medical University from August 2012 to March 2013, 20 cases (healthy control group). The general clinical data of each group were collected and their biochemical indexes such as fasting blood glucose were detected. The levels of plasma tryptase in each group were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the correlation between tryptase level and fasting blood glucose was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the general clinical data and fasting blood glucose between the three groups. The levels of plasma tryptase in DCM group and ICM group were significantly higher than those in control group [(7.19 ± 0.62) μg / L, (6.81 ± 0.94) μg / L vs (2.37 ± 0.56) μg / L, P <0.01] The level of plasma tryptase in the patients was higher than that in the ICM group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Pearson correlation analysis showed that plasma tryptase levels and fasting blood glucose was positively correlated (r = 0.637, P <0.01). Conclusion The level of plasma tryptase in patients with DCM is elevated, and positively correlated with fasting blood glucose.
