我们是如何围绕经济建设这个中心,加强思想政治工作的,谈一点体会: 一、提高认识,统一思想党政领导认真贯彻执行党的“一个中心,两个基本点”的基本路线,坚持两个文明一齐抓,坚持党政共同做好思想政治工作,党委围绕全处生产和经营管理工作加强思想政治工作,行政积极支持配合党委抓思想政治工作,并且实行“一岗两责制”,抓生产经营时从思想政治工作入手,党政工团对思想政治工作分工合作,齐抓共管,促使全处思想政治工作有了新的转机。二、狠抓班子建设,发挥党组织的群体威力
