梁永英于2006年毕业华东政法大学,2011年开始集中流转土地从事粮食生产,被福建省上杭县农业局聘为科技示范户,2014年成立了上杭县聚胜家庭农场。2015年集中流转869亩耕地,水稻种植面积1 473亩,种粮年产量900余t,为国家提供商品粮890余t,产值260多万元;2016年评为龙岩市劳动模范。
Liang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2006, and started to concentrate on the transfer of land for food production in 2011. He was hired as a technology demonstration household by the Agricultural Bureau of Shanghang County in Fujian Province. In 2014, the company set up the poly-Sheng family farm in Shanghang County. In 2015, a total of 869 mu of cultivated land was transferred, with an area of 1 473 mu of rice planted and an annual output of more than 900 tons of grain. The country provided more than 890 tons of commodity grain and an output value of over 2.6 million yuan. In 2016, it was assessed as a model worker in Longyan City.
