根据国家规范对高支模架危险性较大的分部分项工程的定义:搭设高度5m及以上;施工总荷载10KN/m2;集中线荷载15KN/m2,高度大于支撑水平投影宽度且相对独立无联系结构的混凝土模板支撑工程。近年来,随着我国城市现代化的飞速发展,大层高、大跨度、大空间的特殊结构的应用越来越常见,超高钢管扣件式模板支撑架的使用也越来越广泛。在高支模的施工中,出现支模架坍塌的事故并不鲜见,一旦发生将造成人们生命和财产的巨大损失。由于目前国内在高支模架的设计计算方面缺乏相应的技术标准和规范,存在一定的人为因素和不确定因素,稍有失误就可能发生模板坍塌事故,造成重大的伤亡事故,因此,加强高支模施工的安全控制和管理,减少模板坍塌事故发生的需求越来越迫切。本文主要对某项目影院结构施工时的高支模架所采用的施工技术进行了论述。

Due to the lack of corresponding technical standards and norms in the design and calculation of high-bay formwork in China, there are some human factors and uncertainties. Because of minor mistakes, template collapse accidents may occur and heavy casualties may occur. Therefore, The safety control and management of mold construction and the need of reducing the occurrence of template collapse accidents are more and more urgent. This article mainly discusses the construction technology used in the construction of high-rise formwork of a project theater structure.
