柔性随动式取液器的工作状态仿真既包含液体与贮箱的耦合也包含液体与取液器的耦合,难以采用单一算法求解。结合一般耦合算法与ALE耦合算法,实现了对于柔性随动取液器的运动模拟仿真,分析了影响取液器随动性能的设计参数。结论表明,波纹管壁厚在1.5~2.5mm时取液器随动性较好,同时可减轻取液头质量有助于减少结构剩油。
The simulation of the working status of the flexible follow-up liquid dispenser includes the coupling between the liquid and the tank and also the coupling between the liquid and the liquid collector, which is difficult to solve by a single algorithm. Combined with the general coupling algorithm and the ALE coupling algorithm, the motion simulation of the flexible follower was realized, and the design parameters that influenced the following performance of the liquid collector were analyzed. The conclusion shows that when the wall thickness of the bellows is 1.5 ~ 2.5mm, the follower performance of the liquid collector is better, and the quality of the liquid pickup head can be reduced, which helps to reduce the residual oil of the structure.
