尿毒症病人使用琥珀胆碱可能出现并发症,因此常单一使用右旋筒箭毒。虽然箭毒由肝脏消除,但肾脏排泄也相当重要。肾衰不但影响药物的药代动力学,而且血浆蛋白结合率降低。有人报道肾衰与无肾衰病人用箭毒后与血浆蛋白的结合率差别不大。无肾衰病人血浆箭毒浓度与拇指颤搐张力密切相关。作者选择20例必须定期作透析治疗的肾衰病人。其中16例拟行肾移植术,拟行脾切除术或肾切除术各2例。这组肾衰病人每日尿量为740±120ml。作者又选择20例无肾衰,拟行一般外科手术的病人
Patients with uremia use succinylcholine may be complications, it is often single-use right-bellied poison. Although curare is eliminated by the liver, excretion of the kidneys is also important. Renal failure affects not only the pharmacokinetics of the drug but also the plasma protein binding rate. It was reported that renal failure and renal failure patients with arrow poisoning and plasma protein binding rate difference is not big. The plasma concentration of arrow poisoning in patients without renal failure is closely related to the twitch tension in thumb. The authors selected 20 patients who had regular dialysis treatment of renal failure.
