科技在进步,社会在发展,我们的社会生活需要更多的决策者、实干家。这就给教育者提出了一个人才观念更新的问题。就是说在教育过程中,不仅要向学生传授知识。培养“知识型”人才,还必须注意引导和培养学生的参与意识,造就“实践型”人才。要使每个学生既要会看别人演的“戏”,更要能演“戏”给别人看。那么,学生的参与意识怎样才能得以引导和培养呢?总的来说,它需要经历以下三个阶段。第一阶段,从喝彩者到参加者同其它任何事物一样,学生的参与意识也有一个萌芽→产生→发展→成熟的过程,培养学生的参与意
As science and technology advance and society develops, our social life needs more decision-makers and doers. This raises the problem of updating the concept of talent for educators. This means that in the education process, not only students should be taught knowledge. To train “knowledge-based” talents, we must also pay attention to guiding and cultivating students’ awareness of participation and create “practical” talents. Each student must be able to see the “play” performed by others, and must be able to play “play” for others to see. Then, how can students’ participation consciousness be guided and nurtured? Overall, it needs to go through the following three stages. In the first stage, from cheerleaders to participants and everything else, students’ participation consciousness also has a process of budding→producing→development→mature, cultivating students’ participation intentions.
