在应试教育模式下,体育课程的应试现象十分突出,具体表现为:教学目标过分强调竞技技术的掌握,忽视学生长远的整体素质的提高;为了体育升学考试成绩,常年教学只安排考试项目的教学训练,给学生身心健康带来负面影响;忽视面向全体的群体活动开展和学生身心素质的提高。这些现象严重挫伤了学生自觉参加体育锻炼的积极性。要改变上述现状,中学体育课程必须进行观念上的转变:要树立健康第一的指导思想,突破应试教育模式的影响,树立终身体育观,重视培养学生的体
Under the exam-oriented education model, the examination phenomenon of physical education courses is very prominent. The concrete manifestations are: teaching objectives overemphasize the mastery of competitive techniques and neglect the overall improvement of the students’ long-term quality; for the purpose of the sports entrance examination, the perennial instruction only arranges the teaching of examination projects. Training has a negative impact on students’ physical and mental health; it ignores the development of group activities for all and the improvement of students’ physical and mental qualities. These phenomena have seriously dampened students’ enthusiasm for participating in physical exercise. To change the above situation, the physical education curriculum in middle school must undergo a change in concept: to establish the guiding ideology of health first, to break through the influence of the examination-oriented education model, to establish a lifelong sports concept, and to pay attention to cultivating the students’ body.
