Relatively speaking, corporate culture is a more stable system. Once formed, its basic shape will remain unchanged (or change very little) over a long period of time. However, corporate culture is another kind of open system far away from equilibrium. From time to time, it is subject to some ups and downs (random disturbance). For example, the replacement of old and new employees, the development of new business, the expansion of new markets, etc., will be more or less impact on the original corporate culture system.
