奥钢联和西德杜依斯堡的克勒克纳钢公司将在开发新的全废钢炼钢法上合作。双方同意先把奥地利多纳维茨LD钢厂的一座转炉改装成采用全废钢炼钢法,目的是使多纳维茨厂优质型钢生产的世界竞争能力保持到下一世纪。此法是根据克勒克纳在七十年代积累的技术基础上开发的。
The VAI and Kirchner in West Duisburg will work together to develop a new all-steel-scrap method. Both parties agreed to first convert a converter at the LD Steelworks in Donawizz, Austria, into a fully scrap steelmaking process with the aim of keeping the world competitiveness of the high quality steel production at the Donawez plant to the next century. This method was developed on the basis of the technology accumulated by Klerka in the seventies.
