株洲冶炼厂是一个以铅、锌冶炼为主的综合性有色冶金企业。1984年以来,我厂设备管理工作以贯彻国家经委颁发的《全民所有制工业交通企业设备管理试行条例》为中心,以设备管理创国优为目标,把设备工作列入工厂的方针目标管理。国务院颁发《全民所有制工业交通企业设备管理条例》后,厂长召开专题会议组织学习。在对照《条例》找差距的基础上,作出了三项贯彻《条例》的有力措施。一是把开展设备创优与提高企业经济效益相结合。二
