净水机具有运输方便、水厂建设周期短、操作管理方便易行及净水过程时间短、效率高等优点。因此,被广泛用于村镇给水工程。净水机有压力式与重力式之分。压力式净水机在压力条件下工作,出水具有剩余压力可直接供应用户或进入水塔,可不设清水池和二级水泵。由于压力式净水机密闭承压,其工作状态无法观察,不利于排除故障。重力式净水机是敞开式的,出现故障可随时处理,但其给水系统要多一级抽升。图一为重力式净水机工艺流程的例子。
The water purifier has the advantages of convenient transportation, short water plant construction period, convenient operation and management, short purification time, high efficiency, and the like. Therefore, it is widely used in water supply projects in villages and towns. There are pressure type and gravity type water purifiers. The pressure type water purifier operates under pressure conditions, and the effluent has residual pressure and can be supplied directly to the user or into the water tower, and no clear water tank and secondary water pump may be provided. Due to the closed pressure of pressure-type clean water, its working status cannot be observed, which is not conducive to troubleshooting. Gravity-type water purifiers are open-type, and they can be handled at any time in the event of a failure, but their water supply systems must be pumped at one more level. Figure 1 shows an example of a gravity-type water purifier process.
