从来就没有一样东西能像二板上市一样让中国的中小企业这样望穿秋水了,用“我们像老区人民盼望解放军一样盼望二板上市”做比喻绝不过份。 2000年10月19日,深交所公布了《创业板市场规则咨询文件》。文件的部分内容将来可能稍有变动,但基本格局不会发生大的变化。可以预计:二板市场将于2001年内在深圳设立。 对中小企业来说,这无疑是最好的消息了,而自己是否能搭乘二板上市这辆“快车”,随即变成其最关心的事情了。 二板上市须具备的资格 1.在二板上市的公司必须为股份有限公司,且必须是经授权机构批准的股份制公司。
