中国农业机械学会于1963年12月16—27日在南京举行了首次学术年会。出席年会的正式代表140人,列席代表120人。年会共收到论文314篇,会议共分为八个专业组进行了讨论。此外,会上还举行了南方水田机械化、水田拖拉机、排灌机械、半机械化和国营农场农业机械化,以及西欧农业机械考察等的专题报告。会议以南方水田机械化为重点。讨论了南方水田各项作业机械化的主要问题,提出了对开展水田机械科学研究工作的意见。并分析了南方水田排灌
China Agricultural Machinery Society held its first academic annual meeting in Nanjing on December 16-27, 1963. Attendee attended the annual meeting of 140 people, representing 120 people. The conference received a total of 314 papers, the meeting is divided into eight professional groups were discussed. In addition, special reports on the mechanization of paddy fields in the south, paddy field tractors, irrigation and drainage machinery, mechanization of semi-mechanized and state farm farms, and inspection of agricultural machinery in Western Europe were held. The meeting focused on mechanization of paddy fields in the South. This paper discussed the main problems of various mechanization of paddy fields in southern paddy fields and put forward the opinions on carrying out scientific research on paddy fields. And analyzed the irrigation and drainage in southern paddy field
