在建构建筑业价值创新双层逻辑关系假设的基础上,基于哲学视角,提出建筑业的价值创新实施主体是建筑企业,研究内容是主体与主体之间、主体与客体的关系,即建筑企业与客户之间以及建筑企业与大自然之间的关系。同时,在新古典经济学框架内,将建筑企业与客户之间的价值创新模式分为基于供给方的价值创新模式和基于需求方的价值创新模式两大类。两大类模式均被划分为四小类并结合建筑业企业的发展实例进行实证研究。而建筑业的行业特点决定了建筑业价值创新要以保护大自然为前提,以人为本。这对建筑企业的价值创新具有重要的参考意义。
Based on the hypothesis of double logical relationship of value creation in construction industry, this paper proposes that the main body of value innovation in construction industry is construction enterprise based on the philosophical perspective. The research content is the relationship between subject and subject, subject and object, namely, The relationship between customers and construction companies and nature. In the meantime, within the framework of neoclassical economics, the value innovation mode between construction enterprises and customers is divided into two categories: supply-side value innovation mode and demand-side value innovation mode. Two types of models are divided into four categories and combined with the development of construction enterprises to conduct empirical research. The industry characteristics of the construction industry determines the value of the construction industry should be based on the protection of nature as the premise, people-oriented. This is of great significance to the value innovation of construction enterprises.
