随着经济全球一体化的发展,企业的经营和生产早就超越了狭隘的地域局限,企业文化,产品理念以及核心价值观等因素的注入使得总部基地开始成为城市区域组织中重要的组成部分。本文将从新区域主义视角分析总部基地这一地产现象的形成过程以及在其规划设计中的一些影响因素几个方面进行阐述。
With the development of economic globalization, the operation and production of enterprises have long gone beyond the narrow geographical limitation. The influx of corporate culture, product concept and core values have made the headquarters base an important part of urban regional organizations. This article will analyze the formation process of the headquarters base from the perspective of the new regionalism and some influencing factors in its planning and design.
