长井段渗透性井漏是濮城等老油田调整井钻井中普遍发生的问题,其特点是漏失井段长且连续,渗漏速度慢,累积量很大,不能用阶段性堵漏方法解决。造成渗漏的主要原因是注采失衡,地层流体严重亏空。针对这些情况,我们使用以801、OP—1、QS—2为主体的随钻堵漏配方,它优于普通单向压力封闭剂和石棉绒等堵漏新材料。在室内实验和濮城等油田9口井的现场使用表明,该堵漏剂有效地控制了井漏,而且不增大井下摩阻、提高了地层抗破能力和稳定井壁等优点,有广泛的推广应用价值。
Permeability leakage of Changjing section is a common problem in the drilling of well in old oilfields such as Pucheng. It is characterized by long and continuous drain section, slow leakage and large cumulative amount, which can not be solved by stage plugging method . Leakage caused by the main reason for the imbalance between injection and production, formation fluid serious deficit. In view of these situations, we use the plug-in plugging formula which is mainly composed of 801, OP-1 and QS-2, which is superior to plugging new materials such as common one-way pressure sealer and asbestos. In-house experiments and on-site use of 9 wells in Pucheng Oilfield showed that the sealing agent effectively controlled the well leakage without increasing the friction in the downhole, improving the anti-breakage ability of the formation and stabilizing the wall.
