根据广西局部的气候特点,采用单孢子杂交的方法选育适合广西的蘑菇新菌株“桂菌As108”。本文对该菌株的菌丝形态特征、子实体特征、基本营养特征、生长发育特征等生物学特性进行了描述,并从原料配方、原料发酵、铺料播种、发菌管理、覆土、出菇管理等方面介绍其栽培技术,为广大种植者提供栽培依据,促进广西双孢蘑菇产业的发展。
