从人参(Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer)叶中分离出十七个单体化合物。用IR,FD-MS,~1H-NMR,~(13)C-NMR及化学方法等鉴定了两种微量成分:20(R)—PPD(Ⅰ)和3β6α、12β—三羟基—20(22)、24—达玛二烯—6—O—α—L—鼠李吡喃糖基—(1→2)—β—D—葡萄吡喃糖甙(Ⅱ),前者是从人参叶中得到的已知成分,后者则是一个新化合物,命名为人参皂甙—Rg_4(Ginsenoside-Rg4)。化合物(Ⅰ)为白色针晶,熔点:243~245℃,Liebermann-Burchard反应阳性。~(13)C-NMR谱示有三十个碳,表明为三萜类化合物。经与已知化合物的~(13)C-NMR谱比较,鉴定该
Seventeen monomeric compounds were isolated from the leaves of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer. Two trace components were identified by IR, FD-MS, ~1H-NMR, ~(13)C-NMR and chemical methods: 20(R)-PPD(I) and 3β6α, 12β-trihydroxy-20 (22 ), 24 - Dametadiene - 6 - O - α - L - rhamnopyranosyl - (1 → 2) - β - D - grape pyranose glycosides (II), the former is obtained from the ginseng leaves The known composition, the latter is a new compound, named Ginsenoside-Rg4 (Ginsenoside-Rg4). Compound (I) is a white needle, melting point: 243-245°C, positive for the Liebermann-Burchard reaction. The ~(13)C-NMR spectrum showed thirty carbons, indicating triterpenoids.
