随着我国的国家财税体制进行的一系列的改革,国家对各级行政事业单位的预算管理也越来越重视。预算绩效管理作为一种新颖的现代企业管理制度,在行政事业单位中发挥着重要的作用。本文分析了预算绩效管理在行政事业单位实际运用中的难点;并且,提出了预算绩效管理在行政事业单位的运用建议;最后,对提高行政事业单位的工作效率以及工作的顺利开展有所帮助。
With the series of reforms carried out by China’s national fiscal and taxation system, the state pays more and more attention to the budget management of administrative units at all levels. As a new modern enterprise management system, budget performance management plays an important role in administrative institutions. This paper analyzes the difficulty of the budget performance management in the practical application of the administrative institution; and puts forward the suggestion of using the budget performance management in the administrative institution; finally, it is helpful to improve the working efficiency of the administrative institution and the smooth development of the work.
