近年来随着炉窑燃油价格的迅速上涨,全世界冶金、化工各个领域都已认识到节约燃油的重要性,而每次燃烧条件的改善都是从进一步强化燃油雾化开始的。研究结果表明,采用高强度声波能量可以改善雾化。最近有三个报告都报道了二种压电式超声波燃烧器可以雾化流体粘度高达25cp的液体。使用这些燃烧器每小时雾化每加仑燃油只需用电10W,美中不足之处是这种燃烧器使用温度较低,不能超过204℃。
In recent years, with the rapid rise of fuel oil prices in furnaces, the importance of fuel saving has been recognized in all fields of metallurgy and chemical industry all over the world.
