(-)-磷霉素(+)-α-苯乙胺盐与对甲苯磺酸、三羟甲基甲胺反应,一步合成磷霉素氨丁三醇。同时对氢化合成顺丙烯膦酸的条件进行了探讨。
(-) - fosfomycin (+) - α-phenylethylamine salt and p-toluenesulfonic acid, trimethylolmethylamine reaction, one-step synthesis of fosfomycin tromethamine. At the same time, the condition of hydrogenation of cis-phosphonic acid was discussed.
