对萼猕猴桃叶中黄酮类成分的含量分析

目的:分析对萼猕猴桃叶中总黄酮以及黄酮类成分山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(ry-1)、对萼猕猴桃苷E(ry-2)、对萼猕猴桃苷F(ry-3)的含量,为对萼猕猴桃叶品质评价和质量控制提供依据。方法:采用芦丁比色法对对萼猕猴桃叶中总黄酮进行含量分析;建立HPLC法对对萼猕猴桃叶中黄酮类成分ry-1、ry-2、ry-3进行含量分析。色谱柱:Shim-packCLC-ODS色谱柱(4.6mm×25mm,5μm);保护柱:DIKMAEasy-GuardC18(10mm×4.6mm),流动相:乙腈-0.5%醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱;柱温:26℃;检测波长:360nm;流速:1.00mL/min。结果:总黄酮的回归方程为A=8.26×10-2+1.90×10-3,r=0.9995,线性范围:0.01~0.09mg/mL;ry-1回归方程为A=6.84×10-5C+6.53×10-2,r=0.9999,线性范围:0.792~23.760μg/mL;ry-2回归方程为A=8.58×10-5C+0.124,r=0.9999,线性范围:2.570~77.100μg/mL;ry-3回归方程为A=7.89×10-5C+9.54×10-2,r=0.9999,线性范围:2.168~65.040μg/mL。结论:该方法前处理简便,分析准确、快速,可以作为对萼猕猴桃叶中总黄酮以及ry-1、ry-2、ry-3的定量分析方法,也为对萼猕猴桃叶的质量控制和品质评价提供了重要的依据。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of flavonoids such as flavonoids, ry-1, ry-2, and calyx on the leaf of calyx The content of rythromycin F (ry-3) was used as the basis for quality evaluation and quality control of calyx. The regression equation of ry-1 was A = 6.84 × 10-5C + 6.53 × 10-2, r = 0.9999, linear range: 0.792 ~ 23.760μg / mL; linear regression equation of ry-2 was 8.58 × 10-5C + 0.124, r = 0.9999, linear range was 2.570 ~ 77.100μg / The regression equation of ry-3 was A = 7.89 × 10-5C + 9.54 × 10-2, r = 0.9999, linear range: 2.168 ~ 65.040μg / mL. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and rapid. It can be used as a quantitative method for the quantitative analysis of total flavonoids, ry-1, ry-2 and ry-3 in the leaves of calyx, and also for the quality control and quality of calyx Evaluation provides an important basis.
