目的 了解某医院食堂餐(用)具消毒状况,分析原因,提出提高医院餐(用)具消毒效果的建议.方法 采用大肠菌群纸片检验方法对医院病员食堂和职工食堂消毒后待用餐(用)具及一次性餐盒进行检测.结果 2013-2015年共检测样品672份,合格634份,合格率94.3%.病员食堂的合格率(96.1%)高于职工食堂的合格率(92.6%),差异有统计学意义(x2=4.017,P<0.05).2015年的合格率最高,为97.3%;2013年与2014年的合格率相同,为92.9%.各季度餐(用)具消毒合格率不同,第三季度合格率(89.9%)明显低于其他季度,各季度合格率差异有统计学意义(x2=8.591,P<0.05).一次性餐盒合格率为100.0%,快餐盘的消毒合格率最高(95.8%)、勺的消毒合格率最低(90.0%),各种餐(用)具的合格率差异有统计学意义(x2=14.497,P<0.05).结论 某医院对餐(用)具消毒工作较重视,建议进一步加强对医院食堂经营者的管理,认真做好从业人员岗前培训,加大宣传力度,增强病员及职工的饮食卫生安全意识.“,”Objective To understand the disinfection status of tableware in a hospital canteen and to analyze the reason.Some suggestions for improving the disinfection efficacy were put forward.Methods The coliform bacteria group test method was used to examine the meal boxes after being sterilized and disposable meal boxes in the patients and the staff canteen.Results 634 samples were qualified of 672 detected samples during three years and the passing rate was 94.3%.The qualified rate of the patient canteen(96.1%) was higher than that of the staff canteen(92.6%),the difference was significant (x2 =4.017,P < 0.05).The highest rate of acceptance was 97.3% in 2015 compared with in 2013 and 2014(92.9%).The qualified rate was different for each quarter.The third quarter pass rate(89.9%) is obviously lower than other seasons which had statistical significance (x2 =8.591,P < 0.05).Disposable meal boxes passed 100.0%.The highest qualified rate of the snack plates was 95.8% and the lowest qualified rate was 90%.There are significant differences between the various qualified rate of tableware (x2 =14.497,P < 0.05).Conclusion The works of the tableware disinfection in the hospital were taken more attention.Some suggestions to further strengthen the management,training,propaganda and awareness of food safety were importent.
