The end of the negotiations between China and Japan in the case of Zhengjiatun (February 1917) On August 13, 1966, the Japanese soldier Jim Gibbons and the cavalry soldier of the 28th Division in Liaoyuan made the story of a clash that led to the Sino-Japanese sergeant conflict. First, the Japanese army was stationed in more than two years at Chengjiatun. This was an improper reason and was repeatedly protested by China. On the day of the inspection, he was informed of the situation of the Japanese businessmen and the Chinese soldiers. When they took charge of negotiations with Japanese lieutenants and Japanese troops to the headquarters of the Chinese Command, they shot and intercepted each other and killed and wounded each other. Bing died of twelve. Shinji Japan added troops to the area along Siping Street to Chengjiatun.
