全国经济委员会办理统一全国水利行政事业纪事1935年12月办理全国水利行政事业纪要中华民国二十四年十二月一、总述〔略〕二、水利统一之经过先是,民国二十一年七月,中央蒋委员中正,黄委员绍竑,鉴于水利机关系统分歧,水利事业无由发展,特于中央政治会议提议改组全国水利行政机关一案。提案之原文照录于左:
